Caitlin has trained at KC’s School of Dance for 12 years studying all styles of dance including Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Acrobatics. During this time, Caitlin successfully completed all Cecchetti examinations from Grade 1 to Advanced 1 with Honours. She has also completed her Ballet Conservatoire examinations from Level 1 through to Senior Level, gaining several distinctions, as well as her ATOD Jazz examinations. Caitlin has enjoyed various opportunities for additional training and experience such as Cecchetti Scholars Program, Medal Tests and Junior Encouragement Awards, just to name a few. Caitlin successfully competed at numerous dance festivals in solos, duos and performance teams and has also been fortunate to perform at the Alana Haines Awards in New Zealand. In 2022, Caitlin was a member of the Lion Heart Youth Dance Company. For the past 7 years, Caitlin has enjoyed her role as a student teacher at KC’s and cannot wait to commence her first year as a member of the teaching staff at KC’s School of Dance. We know her students will enjoy her passion and expertise in her classes this year.
