Yelena Picone, and esteemed Ballet instructor, embarked on her journey at the Cuban National Ballet School, dedicating herself to the art from the age of 8-19. With a solid foundation in Classical Ballet, Yelena holds a BA (Hons) in Dance Education from the Royal Academy of Dance, complemented by a Diploma in Dance Teaching studies. Additionally, she has achieved the distinction of being a RAD Registered Teacher. Yelena’s educational pursuits and her extensive training at the Cuban National Ballet School have uniquely shaped her into a seasoned instructor. Having mastered the intricacies of Ballet, she brings not only a wealth of experience, but also a deep passion for the form to her teaching. Her commitment to dance education, highlighted by her RAD Registered Teacher status, reflects her dedication to the principles of the Royal Academy of Dance. As she embarks on this new chapter, Yelena Picone is poised to inspire and enrich the community with her profound knowledge and passion for Ballet and can’t wait to share her knowledge and skills with the students at KC’s.
